More time Well Spent....

Ok so I got some time to play today....I prefer to call it therapy. Cards that came after finishing the order that posted below this one. Again the wonderful note cards....

Friends Time Well Spent

This is a card order for a friend who is putting gift bags together for her friends that are off to Vegas. I love these Note cards and you can do so much with them. I used the the "Time Spent with friends" Hostess Set. Paper is Wild Wasabi, Soft Sky and White. I colored the images with Prisma pencils and used Mineral Spirits to smooth them out. Add rhinestones to the centers of the flowers and ribbon to embellish. The smaller circles are made with the punch from Marvy and a brad allows it to spin and write your message underneath.

Happy Mother's Day from Becky

This is so sweet and you can't see the details but it is adorable. It is a wallet with 4 pockets and the closure is with a magnet. It had the Happy Mother's Day in one of the pockets and the coffee cup in another on one side and on the other side was a hand written note and a Starbucks gift card. The details are so cool. Click on the photo to make it large and look at the glitter and cutting she did!!! Becky, you are great and I appreciate your friendship and talent....Thanks lady!!!

Tassles are worth the Hassle

Another grad card...I seemed to need several of them this year. This is a West High one as well, but could be used for any school if need be.

Graduation Purse of Memories

This is a graduation purse I made from Becky's purse of photos she sent me. I thought it would make a great graduation Keepsake and I just used the Graduation announcement and cut it apart to fit where I needed it. The extra pieces are for friends to sign and the name box is also an envelope for a money gift or other name cards

Mother's Day

Along with graduation comes Mother's Day. I am getting a late start with the Open Houses and building, but this is for my husbands mom. I will get it in the mail today so that it is not late. I have not mounted "Priceless" yet, so today bits and pieces got taken care of and I love these round cards Becky sent me, makes it a little unique.

Coffee "Enjoy"

I needed, or wanted to send a little gift in the mail so I made this little bag and filled it with coffee flavored chocolates and stamped it with what you see. Well that was not enough, so I went out and found the dish towel and pot holder and book. That completed my little package to mail.

Pretty in Pink

Becky has 2 boys, so pink is really not in her color scheme....However, I thought a little "hot" pink would be good and of course some black and white!!!!! What else goes better with pink.... This is one of those Target $1 spot specials BUT you know how they sneak in the $2.50 ones, well this fell into that category. But all and all it turned out cute. The flower is from a Hostess set in the Spring catalog.

Connie's Birthday

I made this for a friends birthday the end of January. Have been using a different camera, so it was never uploaded...So Happy Belated!!!

Red and White Polka Dots

This was a package I put in the mail to Becky this past week. She mailed me something similar, so I duplicated it and sent it back to her. And it was so fun to do. So it included the photo "suitcase", photo jumbo paper clip, a pencil and a vase with red daisies and a thank you card. It looked pretty cute sitting here and several people wanted it while I was getting it finished to mail to her.

Graduation

Go Bears! Here is the West High Graduation Gift Card I made this morning. This bear and claw matches West High so well, I will get lots of use out of it. BUT I can't tell you where it came from cause I no longer remember.... SU More Mustard and black with non SU black and gold spotted paper. Magnets from Basic Grey, black embossing and gold brads.

Happy Friends

This card came home with my husband last night from his secretary. It is so cute and I know my photos do it no justice. It is dimensional when it sits alone.

Class of 2008

This is a graduation card I made for a student from the "other" school across town. However, I thought if was very girlish and fun. I will post West High's "gold and black" cards as I get them made.

A Good Friend

Before the new giraffe stamp gets set aside, I thought I would make a "friend" card for Becky to thank her for the great stuff she shares. I loved the Cuttlebug dots with this guy. So I used Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa and a non SU pink with a touch of Celery. Inside says....easy to spot.

Happy Birthday Notebooks

These are for a friend with a birthday this month. Its a "no gift" lunch, but how can I resist. These notebooks come through once again. This one I also added the post notes on the inside cover. Also thought they would make good graduation additions with a gift pocket added and some $$$$. What grad can remember everything with a note?
