A Boy's Bday Gift

I made this gift for a little guy who Brit cares for once a week. I have grown very fond of him, as Britney brings him over often. So to make his birthday a little more special, just a treat....because you want to know something, "the State Fair comes EVERY year for HIS birthday", how can i beat that one!
