Message in a Bottle

Shannon showed us these at Leadership. I knew when I saw them I would have to CASE it for my daughter who is away at college....what a fun mail surprise it will be!!!!
....but there are 2? Who is the other one for?

    The inside is a rolled note tied with a ribbon and a whole bunch of punched hearts and heart shaped candy
