Retirement Living

Retirement Living can be an adjustment for anyone and you sure don't want to miss any visitors. I made this for a lady to hang on her door at her new home. It is complete with a post it pad and a pen and a little clip, so she will not miss anyone stopping by to see her.

This paper is from the Sweet Pea DSP and I also used Choc Chip card stock and ribbon.

What a great idea! That would be very use for many folks but especially someone in a retirement environment. Great thinking

Love the idea! This would work for someone in the hospital even, if the hospital would allow this on a door. I have seen where people come to visit and the door is closed for various reasons...if they don't leave a note at the desk that they were there the patient wouldn't know they had come. Sometimes just a cheery hi thinking of you on the notepad would be a day brighter for the patient.

I bought your mortar board card tutorial and it turned out soooo cute. I went to a graduation party and even though the graduate received over 250 cards (!) there was one like mine only mine was colored better! I had great fun with my waterclor crayons on that card. Thanks for your inspiration!
